Loran Newman is a Senior Associate who joined HPA in 2022. She has a wide range of experience working on a variety of project types, including civic, hospitality and mixed-use, with elements of sustainability and preservation. Her work at HPA includes the Steelyard at Lincoln Yards and the Graduate Hotel/Memoir Austin.

Loran received her Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan and has Minors in both Sustainability and Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Florida. She seeks to design thoughtful buildings that consider the context of the community, the experience of the user and the opportunity for sustainable solutions.
