Jacob Gay is a Principal with over 10 years of experience designing complex projects across the country. He has experience across wide spectrums of program type, scale, climate, and construction technology, and is passionate about solving difficult problems with an expressive clarity. He is particularly interested in high-density developments that respond to society’s increasing appetite to live in the city.
He holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan. A licensed Architect, his project experience includes mixed-use towers at 717 South Clark and 1701 South Clark in Chicago, and Hyatt House Iowa City.
