Known as a hospitality brand that offers a boutique hotel experience in university-anchored cities, the new Graduate Hotel is well positioned in Nashville’s West End neighborhood near Vanderbilt University.

The 12-story hotel offers 203 guestrooms, as well as conference and banquet spaces, a fitness center and 7,600 SF of ground-level retail space. At the penthouse floor, guests can enjoy a full-service restaurant and lounge, board room, and pool deck.

The post-tensioned concrete structure is masonry clad with brick detailing.
