The 46th Ward Zoning & Development Committee will meet tonight to discuss the proposed Clarendon/Montrose development on the site of the former Maryville Academy in Chicago’s Buena Park.
HPA’s design for the mixed-use development depicts a 31-story glass residential building with ground floor retail and parking. The three-parcel site also includes a proposed 10-story glass residential building to the north of the main tower. JDL Development Corp. Plans were initially unveiled by developer JDL Development Corp. in November 2012 during a community meeting hosted by Ald. James Cappleman.
The committee meeting will take place on January 28, 2013 at 7:00 PM at the Weiss Hospital Auditorium, 4646 N. Marine Drive. The public is invited to attend.
