The striking tower at 640 N. Wells Street in Chicago’s River North rises 280 feet and contain 251 upscale apartments.The podium contains an airy three-level residential lobby, and is clad in a semi-transparent porcelain material. The façade is articulated by a shift in the floor plate every two to three floors, which emphasizes the horizontal plane of the long building as well as provides a row of balconies unimpeded by additional balconies hanging above.

Property features include expansive amenity areas, a rooftop deck, and 12,000 SF of ground-level retail space.

The project is targeting LEED Silver certification, with sustainable features such as green roofs as well as on-site storm water retention.
