Justin Palmer is a licensed Senior Project Architect with a special interest in historic preservation and smart, walkable urban planning. An expert in building-envelope investigation of existing buildings and new enclosure design, his projects include the Belle Meade Village mixed-use project in Nashville and a new mass-timber residential building in Washington, DC. He is a member of HPA’s Preservation group, as well as the BIM Leadership team, advancing education of preservation techniques and the latest technology in the firm’s design and drawing software. Justin received his Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from Judson University and his Master of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
