Jillian Agdern is a Principal who guides complex urban mixed-use projects from conceptual design through construction completion. She is particularly focused on sustainability, project coordination, and creative problem solving to achieve great design. Her portfolio consists of multi-family, student housing, hospitality, and office projects in Chicago and other parts of the country. Recently completed projects include Bush Temple Tower at 810 N. Clark, 1045 West Fulton, and 1020 West Randolph in Chicago, as well as Graduate Auburn and Hub Atlanta.
Jillian is a Registered Architect who earned both her Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies degrees from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, where she participated in the yearlong study-abroad program in Versailles, France. She was recognized as one of the “36 Under 36” young Jewish leaders in Chicago in 2019, and was selected as a JCC Chicago Women in Power Fellow for 2020.
