Hub on Campus was honored with two awards, including the overall top prize, at the fourth annual Innovator Awards ceremony sponsored by Student Housing Business.
The project was named winner of Best Architecture Design, Greater than 200 Beds. In the final award of the night, Hub on Campus also won Best New Off-Campus Development with 200 beds or more.
The Innovator Awards program recognizes excellence in development, architecture and design, and marketing in on- and off-campus student housing properties. The evening event was held on April 10th in Austin, Texas, at the 2014 InterFace student housing conference and was attended by more than 900 guests. Representatives from developer Core Campus accepted the award.
Rebranded as University House Tempe after its $103 million acquisition by Inland American Communities in August 2013, the urban development is an 18-story, 637-bed community with luxury amenities and views overlooking ASU’s Sun Devil Stadium.
