Halsted Flats reached the milestone of initial occupancy with move-in of its first residents on March 15. Pre-leasing sales have been brisk of the upscale apartments, with the design concept of downtown luxury living appealing to Lakeview professionals.

Located at 3740 N. Halsted, the new 15-story tower includes apartments, ground-level retail space, and structured parking.  Expansive amenity spaces feature a fitness center, clubroom, demonstration kitchen, and an outdoor pool deck.  The project is targeting LEED Silver certification.

Led by the development partnership of JDL Development and Harlem-Irving Properties, the project team includes Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture and construction manager Lend Lease.
