David Siegel is an Associate Principal as well as the Director of Technical Services for HPA. Since joining the firm in 2011, he has contributed to award-winning mixed-use developments such as Common  House New Orleans, Halsted Pointe and Old Town Park, a 1,500-unit, three-tower residential development.

David brings his technical expertise and constructability knowledge to excel in project delivery. In his capacity as the Director of Technical Services; he organizes training initiatives and implements office protocols to promote QA/QC best practices. He is a licensed architect, and holds a Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Tulane University..
