The Chicago Association of REALTORS® 20th Anniversary Good Neighbor Awards event recognized four HPA projects, among a total of 56 new construction, rehabilitation and historic renovation projects that were honored for overcoming challenges and bringing innovative design ideas to the marketplace. At the dinner event held on May 24 at the Hilton Chicago, 720 S. Michigan Avenue, the Green Exchange was named the 2012 Bruce Abrams Award Recipient, the evening’s top honor that is bestowed upon one project for its exceptional work.
Good Neighbor Awards were also presented to:
- Hairpin Lofts & the Logan Square Arts Center – Mixed-Use Renovation
- Silver Tower – Residential/Multi-Unit New Construction
- 123 N. Sangamon – Residential/Multi-Unit Renovation
